We are always interested in motivated students and researchers with backgrounds in condensed matter physics, materials science, chemistry, computer science, or applied mathematics who want to work at the interface of AI and quantum materials.

PhD students. Apply to the Physics PhD program at Northeastern University and mention your interest in the group in your statement. Current Northeastern students are welcome to contact Qimin directly.

Postdoctoral researchers. Openings are posted here when available. You are also welcome to send an email with your CV and a short description of your research interests.

Undergraduates and co-op students. Research and co-op projects in machine learning and first-principles computation are available for motivated undergraduates.
